This is my typical type of outfit that I wear for the whole winter. For those who don't know, I used to live in Iowa and now is living in Chicago. Winter is so cold (about -5 degree Celsius in average) and lasts so long here (about 5 months) that I need to know how to dress properly to look not only stylish but also smart to keep me warm at the same time. My winter outfit formula is pretty simple and casual. A nice shirts, a pair of slim fit jeans, casual shoes, and a nice warm coats (trench coat, parka, or padded jacket will do the job) make up the outfit perfectly. For the sake of the blog, I decided to add in a tie to make the look more dapper. You guys should try out this outfit formula because it will look great on you and I am pretty sure you will love it from the first sight. For this specific look, I was wearing this beautiful shirts from Trashness. This piece is definitely my favorite since it is so unique; the cutaway collar makes it so interesting and eye-catching. Hands down it's one of the coolest shirt I've ever owned. 

Đây là bộ trang phục điển hình tôi mặc vào mùa đông. Cho ai không biết , tôi từng sống ở Iowa và hiện đang sống ở Chicago. Mùa đông ở đây rất lạnh ( trung bình khoảng -5 độ C) và kéo dài tầm 5 tháng. Bởi vậy tôi không những phải mặc làm sao cho nhìn phong cách mà còn thông minh để giữ ấm cùng lúc . Công thức outfit mùa đông của tôi không quá cầu kỳ. Một cái áo sơ-mi đẹp, một cái quần jean dạng slim-fit, một đôi giày Tây, và một cái áo khoác ấm ( áo trechcoat , áo parka, hoặc áo phao đều được) sẽ tạo ra công thức này. Vì chụp ảnh đăng blog nên tôi quyết định thêm một cái calavat để bộ trang phục nhìn tuyệt vời hơn. Các bạn nên thử công thức này và hãy áp dụng nó vào ngày mai luôn! Bạn sẽ nhìn phong cách hơn và tôi đảm bảo bạn sẽ thích nó từ cái nhìn đầu tiên. Một điều nữa mà tôi yêu thích từ bộ outfit này là cái áo sơmi tuyệt đẹp hiệu Trashness này. Nó chắc chắn là cái áo ưa thích của tôi và cái đặc biệt ở đây là nó nhìn khác biệt so với những cái áo sơmi khác; cổ áo được cắt rất lạ có phần rất thú vị và lạ mắt . Tôi phải thừa nhận rằng đó là một trong những chiếc áo thú vị nhất tôi đã từng sở hữu

So I just recently graduated from college and here are my photos of my very last day at school celebrating and memorizing the moments together with my Vietnamese gangs. It's hard to imagine that now I am a college grad and will not see these familiar faces that often anymore. Enjoy my photos and cheers for me yay!!!

 Yes, we know we are the craziest Vietnamese students in the US.

We check the camera over again and again after every single shot taken. We are the perfectionist and want perfect shots to post on Facebook, you know haha.

Running into this dude, I will surely miss you.

 She is a freshman yet is celebrating like she is done with school.

 This is where our memory started and ended together. My college career has officially ended and now I am ready to enter the more complicated world.

"THE BIG APPLE"

I took a trip to the East Coast last winter break to celebrate NYE. Before going to NYC, I really had a lot of expectations about "The Big Apple" and the city fulfilled it to the fullest. These pictures are the best of New York from my perspective. Besides the beauty of the city itself, the food was perfect. Here are my recommendation of where to eat (I am pretty Asian so I am only craving for Asian food):

• Ippudo Ramen: this place is bomb. The noodle is fresh and the soup is delicious.
• New Wonjo: it is located in K-town and 1 block away from Times Square. If you like Korean BBQ, it is your place. It's a little pricey but trust me, it's worth it!  
• Spice Symphony: a great Indian restaurant with good food and great service. You should reserve your table before going there because the restaurant is usually full during dinner time.  

Adventure!

Tip: If you want a perfect picture, come to the bridge early in the morning (around 7am would be perfect) I got there there around 7:30am and  surprisingly there were only several runners and tourists.

I went to the East Coast (Philly, DC, and NYC) for my winter vacation as a way to celebrate my last term of my college career and NYE. It was my first time to this side of the States and the experience was amazing. On my last day in New York, I did a photo shoot featuring Paul Evans. I went to Brooklyn Bridge early morning on the 1st day of 2016 to do it (this is my way of celebrating NYE I guess haha). I found it very strange to not see many people around the city because if you have visited NYC, you should have known that the city is often crowded. Lucky me, the shoot went so pretty easier without people walking by and interrupting. 

About this look, I dressed this oxblood Paul Evans Semi-Brogue with the suit to have the look of a true New Yorker- a classy businessman. In my mind, I pictured a New York businessman as a man who not only knows how to do a business but also is kinda less formal and relaxing. These beautiful Italian handcrafted shoes did an amazing job of making my outfit less formal and giving a chill look. Just look at that. One more strength of these shoes is the quality. I can feel that they are made from high quality Italian calfskin leather when touching the shoes. What a great product! Guys, check them out.

Tôi đi du lịch ở bở Đông nước Mỹ gồm Philadelphia, thủ đô Washington, và New York kỳ nghỉ đông vừa rồi coi như một món quà thưởng cho bản thân nhân dịp sắp tốt nghiệp cũng như hưởng không khí giao thừa ở thành phố New York. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đến bờ bên này của nước Mỹ và chuyến du lịch này thật đáng nhớ. Ngày cuối cùng ở New York, tôi chụp bộ ảnh này ở cầu Brooklyn Bridge (1 trong những biểu tượng của New York) Một tip cho các bạn: nếu bạn muốn chụp 1 bức ảnh không có người ở những địa điểm thường xuyên có đông người, hãy đến đó thật sớm (tầm 7h sáng là tuyệt vời nhất) Thông thường, cầu Brooklyn Bridge có rất đông khách du lịch nhưng do tôi tới đó lúc 7h30 sáng nên chỉ có 1 vài người tập thể dục chạy qua. Thật may mắn, buổi chụp hình diễn ra rất nhanh do không có nhiều người đi qua.

Nói về bộ trang phục này, tôi đi giày Semi-Brogue của Paul Evans và suit của Zara để giống một dân New York thật sự - một nhà kinh doanh sang trọng. Trong đầu tôi, tôi tưởng tượng một nhà doanh nhân New York như một người không những có khả năng kinh doanh giỏi mà còn có phong thái đĩnh đạc và lãng tử. Bởi vậy, tôi không đeo calavat. Đôi giày được làm thủ công ở Ý này của Paul Evans tô đậm thêm vẻ chỉnh chu mà không quá cầu kỳ của bộ trang phục. Hãy nhìn vào nó! Một điểm mạnh nữa là chất lượng của đôi giày. Tôi có thế cảm nhân rằng chúng được làm từ da chất lượng cao khi chạm vào nó. Một sản phẩm tuỵệt vời!
